Chloë * first came to see me when she was a junior manager in healthcare, she was looking for more senior positions and wanted to work with a coach to help realise her goals.

I saw Chloë initially weekly and we explored what she really wanted to achieve in her career, she knew she wanted to work her way up to an executive position, so we explored what that would look like and how she could get there. Chloë has successfully moved up from junior manger to senior manager.
