What should you expect?

How long is a coaching session?

50 minutes is the usual time, but they can be longer if required.

How much does a coaching session cost?

A standard session is £65. Please contact me to discuss group and extended sessions.

How many coaching sessions will I need?

This depends on what you’re trying to address. I can recommend a number of sessions based on our initial conversation.
